We are proud to have the most experienced processing crew in west michigan combined with the latest technology to offer you the very best cutting and packaging available. Unlike most processors we are federally inspected daily to insure cleanliness and safety. This inspection allows you to sell your beef, pork, or Lamb after slaughter or in individual cuts as long as you start at one of the federal slaughterers, not a legal option at other local processors. We are here to cut and package to you specifications and insure that you meat comes back to you the way you want it.
